Requests for comments¶

portalr's RFCs: an RFC proposes a substantial change before it is built, and ADRs record the decisions it leads to. portalr's design is lattice RFC-0002, a lattice RFC, since it changes more than one package; portalr's own series holds its plan.

A new RFC starts from lattice's RFC template.
